The Transparency Act (Åpenhetsloven)
Work regarding basic human rights and decent working conditions.
The Transparency Act shall promote our companies respect for basic humanity and decent working conditions, as well as ensure the public's access to information.
The Act deals with companies that are considered to be larger enterprises in Norway, as well as parent companies that meet the threshold values for larger enterprises together with the subsidiaries. Nordisk Bergteknik AS will, on this page, publish a joint statement for the group in Norway covering the group as a whole by June 30th each year.
Nordisk Bergteknik expects our suppliers to act with high ethical standard, as well as respect for human rights, equality and working conditions throughout the Nordisk Bergteknik will continuously work with due diligence assessments to identify, prevent, reduce and account for negative impacts referred to in the Transparency Act.
The Transparency Act gives individuals or organizations the right to request companies to share information about their due diligence work and how they handle negative impacts.
