The CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with the Board’s instructions and guidelines. Group Management is responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s overall strategies relating to, for example, operational strategies, market strategies and acquisitions. The matters are prepared by Group Management to be decided upon by the Board.
Group Management regularly holds meetings to review the results and financial position of the Group, to discuss strategy matters and operational matters and follow-up of budgets and forecasts.
