Nordisk Bergtekniks’ group management consists of seven members led by President and CEO Andreas Christoffersson and includes the CFO and the heads of the Group’s segments and operations in Sweden, Norway, and Finland.
The CEO is appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company in accordance with the Board’s instructions and guidelines. Group Management is responsible for developing and implementing the Group’s overall strategies relating to, for example, operational strategies, market strategies and acquisitions. The matters are prepared by Group Management to be decided upon by the Board.
Group management meets regularly to review the Group’s performance and financial position. These meetings also address strategic and operational issues, as well as the monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
