Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisitions of Torbjörn Sundh Entreprenad and Bröderna Anderssons Grus
Nordisk Bergteknik announced during the fourth quarter 2021, two new acquisitions in line with the group’s determined strategy. Västerbotten based Bröderna Anderssons Grus AB was founded in 1976 and has an annual turnover of about SEK 90 million and employs just over 30 people. The company is a contractor specialized within crushed rock and rock material. The acquisition is consolidated into Rock Sweden on the 31st of January 2022. Torbjörn Sundh Entreprenad AB has an approximate yearly turnover of SEK 220 million and offers services within infrastructure and construction contracts, as well as operation and maintenance of the transport network.…
Nordisk Bergteknik acquires Bröderna Anderssons Grus based in Västerbotten
Nordisk Bergteknik has entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in Bröderna Anderssons Grus, a contractor within crushed rock and material delivery based in Burträsk, in the region of Västerbotten. Through the acquisition Nordisk Bergteknik broadens the extent of its offering and continues to strengthen its position and presence in upper Norrland.
Nordisk Bergteknik hired in wind power project Twin Peaks in Västernorrland
Nordisk Bergteknik has been hired in the wind power project Twin Peaks in Västernorrland where 39 wind turbines are to be mounted in the beginning of 2024. The project is in line with Nordisk Bergteknik’s ambition to play an active role in the current transformation towards a more sustainable society and responds to the constant increase in demand for renewably generated electricity.
Nordisk Bergteknik strengthens its financing – corporate bond replaced with bank financing containing sustainability component
Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) has redeemed all outstanding corporate bonds of SEK 400 million at an amount corresponding to 103.3 % of the nominal amount. Furthermore, as communicated on 27 September, Nordisk Bergteknik has entered into facilities agreements with Nordea and Swedbank regarding bank financing and has replaced the corporate bond with a bank loan of SEK 400 million. In addition to the bank loan, the company has received a new credit facility of SEK 650 million. The facility agreement contains a sustainability component which means that Nordisk Bergteknik may agree with the banks on key performance indicators for sustainability…
