The Nomination Committee of Nordisk Bergteknik AB (publ) proposes the election of Monika Gutén as new board member at the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024.

Nordisk Bergteknik, via its subsidiary Songdalen Fjellsprenging, has signed a new major agreement in Norway regarding the construction of the penultimate stage of the Fornebubanen, named K2D. Net sales for Nordisk Bergteknik regarding this specific project is estimated to be in the order of SEK 90 million. The main contractor and counterpart is Implenia Norge.

Nordisk Bergteknik, through the group company Bohus Bergsprängning, has signed a new major contract for the construction of the West Link stage that extends from Korsvägen to Almedal in Gothenburg. The work has just started and will continue more or less around the clock until the amusement park Liseberg reopens during the spring. The turnover for Nordisk Bergteknik regarding this specific project is estimated to be in the order of 50 MSEK. Furthermore, Nordisk Bergteknik is experiencing a gradually higher level of activity within the Rock Sweden segment relative to the third quarter level.

As of today, February 27, Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisition of Power Mining. Nordisk Bergteknik announced on December 22 that it had entered a letter of intent regarding the acquisition of all shares in the company. Power Mining, based in Kajana in Finland, has sales of approximately SEK 160 million on annual basis, with an EBIT margin that during the last financial year was very strong and amounted to approximately 20%. Nordisk Bergteknik announced on September 23 that it had entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in the company. Berg & Betongförstärkning was founded in 2005 and has sales of approximately SEK 20 million on annual basis with good profitability. The company has just over 10 employees with cutting-edge knowledge and provide services within our segment Foundation Sweden with a focus on foundation reinforcement. Nordisk Bergteknik announced on June 21 that it had entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in the company. Snemyr Betongsprøyting AS was founded in 1979 and had sales of approximately NOK 80 million in 2021 with very good profitability. The company has just over 10 employees and provides services in concrete spraying. The operations are based around the administrative and logistical base in Kristiansand, but projects are undertaken throughout Norway.
