Group Management is responsible for developing and implementing the Group\u2019s overall strategies relating to, for example, operational strategies, market strategies and acquisitions. The matters are prepared by Group Management to be decided upon by the Board.<\/p>\n<p>Group management meets regularly to review the Group\u2019s performance and financial position.
